Hi, my name is Kathryn. I opened Spiked IV Infusion Bar in September 2022 with the dream of helping others, outside of the hospital setting. I work with other incredible Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners to deliver IV, injection and weight loss services to you. I obtained my Registered Nursing’s license in March 2020 and have expanded to include IV and weight loss certifications. I work as a full time RN in a critical access hospital and perform Spiked Services on an as needed basis. I am very passionate about seeing others succeed and am motivated to help you get feeling better, faster with Spiked IV Services.

I have my BSN in nursing, 11 years of experience, with the last 8 years working in a local ER. I’ve also had a few fun travel assignments thrown in here and there.
What attracted me toward nursing was the idea that I would be able to help so many people, possibly during the time they need it most. What has kept me in nursing is the empathy and compassion I gain each shift, as well as the personal connections that are made with patients and families.
A little about me: My life right now revolves around my frenchie, Penny. And, recently I got a new frenchie puppy, Goldie! To say they are spoiled is an understatement!
I’m excited to expand my care as a part of the Spiked family. I am based in Adel and would be happy to get you started on the right path toward wellness and feeling your best!
